1:1 Meetings

Our 1:1 meeting program is designed to maximize your opportunities for meaningful connections and impactful conversations. The agenda includes four dedicated 30-minute meeting slots, offering a structured way to engage with fellow attendees.

In advance of the conference, registered attendees will have the opportunity to review the attendee list and submit meeting requests. Cascadia will coordinate these requests and develop personalized meeting schedules for participants who opt into the program. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific meetings.

We’ve also designed the day to include ample time for organic networking, ensuring you have opportunities to connect directly with individuals you might not meet through scheduled sessions.

Meeting schedules will be shared with participants before the conference, allowing you to plan ahead and make the most of the experience.
